Are you, are you comin' to the tree

I decided to draw a remake of my old art with Katniss near the Hanging Tree (2015). In this version I did not use line and watercolor effects, it's more minimalistic and symbolic art. In the background we can see a tree with hanging people, symbolizing suffering and death. Mockingjays are a symbol of rebirth. Black, red and white colors are also symbolic - red is blood, white is purity, black is sorrow. The arrows near Katniss represent the trials and pain that haunt her throughout the story. And finally, Mockingjay in her hands is freedom.
